About the Event
mélomanie2 is comprised of Tracy Richardson (harpsichord) and Kimberly Reighly (baroque and modern flutes). mélomanie2 performs provocative pairings of early and contemporary works, pairing baroque music performed on period instruments with contemporary repertoire from the 20th and 21st centuries.
This program will feature Sonata in E Minor composed for the duo by Chuck Holdeman, as well as works by J.S. Bach and Joseph Bodin de Boismortier, along with other contemporary works written for them.
